Before we committed to contracting with Suburban, Joan called one day to say that Andrew was at a hob in our area and would like to stop by to take measurements. While Andrew was at our house, he fixed a problem we were having with the garage door closing. It had been an issue for almost one year – Andrew fixed it in one minute!

Tom was prompt, efficient, pleasant, and professional. Overhauled system that wasn’t working (likely due to lightning strike nearby). Replaced board, photo sensors, and keypad. Adjusted and oiled track. Tweaked system overall. He analyzed the situation, replaced parts as needed, and tweaked the track and system overall to make it work even better! Thanks!

Tom fixed the garage door that came off track. The track was badly bent and was even pulled partially off the wall. It was beyond our expectation! We had quotes that we needed a new garage door. Tom somehow was able to fix the damage and put our garage door back in even better condition than it was before the damage! We had three new Clopay garage doors installed by Suburban Overhead Doors. The whole experience was seamless. We could pick the doors and hardware that we wanted from their website. Then a real human being came to the house to answer any questions and confirm the measurements. Finally, when the doors were delivered, the installers were professional, efficient, and cleaned up completely. I will highly recommend Suburban Overhead Doors to my friends and family.
The garage door was not opening when the temperature went below freezing. Tom made a number of adjustments and it works fine now. The two women I spoke to at the office were very friendly and responsive. Tom showed up as scheduled, fixed the problem with the garage door and left a detailed invoice describing the maintenance he performed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
